This was a last minute call to assist in filming some really cool new learning spaces being installed in Edinburgh’s Fettes College<\/a> here are some stills I was able to get to give you a flavour of events : <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The learning spaces are unloaded ready for installation<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The shoot took two days of being on-site documenting the process and capturing the important moments, as the pods arrived, they were carefully moved into position and then moved by 20 ton crane to their final location. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Final inspections<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The brief was to capture everything in 4K resolution for the client to then use to create media that will be given to news and other outlets<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Precision driving was needed to get the pods into position<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

The pods created by ECOSystemsTech<\/a> are the first to use Scottish native wood in their CLT timber<\/a> – this is an emerging technology and presents a lot of great opportunities to use home-grown timber for construction, decreasing the carbon impact of these buildings. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
