This was a last minute call to assist in filming some really cool new learning spaces being installed in Edinburgh’s Fettes College here are some stills I was able to get to give you a flavour of events :
The shoot took two days of being on-site documenting the process and capturing the important moments, as the pods arrived, they were carefully moved into position and then moved by 20 ton crane to their final location.
The brief was to capture everything in 4K resolution for the client to then use to create media that will be given to news and other outlets
The pods created by ECOSystemsTech are the first to use Scottish native wood in their CLT timber – this is an emerging technology and presents a lot of great opportunities to use home-grown timber for construction, decreasing the carbon impact of these buildings.
What a brilliant project to have the opportunity to be a part of! I am looking forward to seeing the finished edit that will be produced with the footage I shot and other media captured at a later date!
